I used RNG Manipulation to hunt for the perfect Galarian Moltres. I didn't have prior experience manipulating RNG, but by using the resources linked I was able to perform this manip. Not every detail regarding RNG manipulation was included, but hopefully this gives you the general idea of the concepts behind RNG manipulation.
