400g-450g chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chicken masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
cooking spray oil
For the sauce;
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/3 cup tomato ketchup
1/8 cup chilli sauce
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp corn starch/flour
2 tbsp water
sesame seeds for garnish
