I discuss a specific program called the Hearing and Listening Training (HALT) program, which is appropriate for those with hearing loss wearing hearing aids, as well as those with normal hearing who struggle to understand speech in difficult listening situations. I encourage getting your hearing evaluated by an audiologist first, and then considering this course if you're still having difficulties, as it can be very beneficial.
