Welcome back to Outdoor Adventures with Garry! In this video, I take you along for Part 1 of my hike along the stunning South Downs Way, a 100-mile National Trail stretching from Winchester in Hampshire to Eastbourne in East Sussex.

Over these first four days, I set off from the historic city of Winchester and begin my eastward journey along the rolling chalk hills and countryside. Watch as I wild camp at some truly scenic spots, including:
