Capturing the ambience and atmosphere of the most iconic location in the Fallout series. In most cases, Vaults have been left uninhabited and in states of disrepair mainly due to their own "experiments" or other unrelated horrifying scenarios that could have occurred. The reinforced concrete walls with steel lining, exposed pipes and the occasional dimly lights really set an eerie atmosphere with the never-ending white noise of air ducts and machinery in the background endlessly running on nuclear power. This makes the vaults feel cold and empty yet still reinforces the feeling of paranoia that you might not be alone down there and someone or something is watching you constantly. The tight hallways and general layout of the vault might feel cosy at first but soon turn into feelings of claustrophobia and you would wish to return to the open-world surface once you venture too deep into the vault.
