Grand View Point Trial | Canyonlands National Park | Grand View Point Hiking | Phil and The Dash
While in Canyonlands National Park or the Moab UT area in general. Its worth a drive to do this short hike. Its' just a mile one way, but it will test your abilities as its all above 6,000 feet. Its not that its that strenuous, its that metal "its only a mile" thought process that made us realize how far a mile is.
Having traveled to many National Parks, I'm no stranger to hopping out of a vehicle to go on a short hike to see this or that point etc. We really didn't take enough water for two people, it was a bit hotter than expected. Which has served as a great lesson, bring plenty of water - even if its only a mile or two.
