SERGEI'S HEAD - can be found in any of the 3 OUTDOOR DEFENSE AREAS. There are many locations currently hidden along the outside. Once you find it, take it to a table in the Field Hospital. Then weaken a zombie to 10% health and trap it in an Essence Trap. Interact with the tape reader next to the head and it will speak: 24, 45, 13. This is the combination to the lock in the Colonel's Office. Interact with the safe there to unlock it and get a Cypher Document and a random Free Perk! This is not required for the main easter egg!
