The homeowners bought this place after someone did their own improvements to the property and it's HORRIBLE! I'm all for DIY and simple fix up projects for around the house but when it comes to flooring and painting as well as other major selling points, make sure it's done properly! Despite all the issues, we were able to get it corrected and are cruising along with this place! It's starting to really come together!
