The TRX Triceps Extension is a focused bodyweight isolation exercise that strengthens and tones the triceps while engaging the core and shoulders for stabilization. Start by facing away from the anchor point, holding the TRX handles with your palms facing down and arms fully extended. Keep your body straight from head to heels and your feet shoulder-width apart.
Slowly bend your elbows, lowering your body forward while keeping your upper arms fixed in place beside your head. Stop when your hands are close to your forehead, then press through your palms to return to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
This movement enhances arm strength, joint stability, and upper-body control, making it perfect for sculpting lean, powerful arms.

Tips:
