53W53, also known as Tower Verre, rises 320m above Manhattan's midtown; the tower is one of the latest additions to Billionaire's Row. 53W53 is linked to New York City's Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and it's residents with have VIP access to the museum.
Designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, the tower is a hyper-modern sleek and elegant addition to Manhattan's midtown skyline.
