We began our journey at Natraj Dahi Bhalla Corner, a legendary eatery renowned for its refreshing dahi bhalla. Here, we enjoyed soft lentil fritters topped with thick and creamy yogurt, sweet chutney, and a sprinkle of spices, making for a perfect, cooling start to our tour.

Our next stop was Bishan Swaroop Chaat, a popular stall famous for its unique fruit-based chaats. We tried their mixed fruit chaat, a zesty combination of seasonal fruits tossed with lemon juice and spices, and their aam chaat, featuring juicy ripe mango chunks mixed with lemon juice and spices. Both dishes offered a delightful blend of sweetness and tanginess.

We then visited Shri Shyam Kanji Corner, known for its kanji vada—a zesty snack of soft moong dal fritters soaked in fermented water flavored with mustard seed powder. The tangy and spicy flavor profile of this dish made it a unique and memorable experience.

Next, we stopped at Jain Rabri Wale, a shop famous for its kesar rabri. While it was decent, the thick and creamy dessert, made by simmering saffron-flavored milk for hours, offered a good balance of sweetness and saffron aroma, providing a comforting taste of traditional Delhi sweets.

To cleanse our palates, we headed to a nearby jaljeera cart. We tried the jaljeera, a refreshing digestive drink made from water, coriander-mint leaves, black salt, and a mix of spices. It was the perfect remedy to refresh ourselves in the bustling market.

We concluded our tour with a stop at Pandit Ved Prakash Lemon Wale, renowned for their lemon soda. This refreshing, lemon-flavored carbonated drink was a fantastic way to end our day, leaving us feeling revitalized and ready for more exploring.
