1.Fatty Fish/oily Fish
60% of our brain made up fats
And half of it contains omega-3 fatty acid.
Omega-3 have many health benefits.
According to Pubmed a database from the National Institutes of Health
Said
omega-3 helps and to build nerve or brain cells.
omega-3 also is essential for learning and memory.
Omega-3 helps to slow down elderly related Alzheimer's disease a age-related mental decline disease.
Those who eat boiled fish frequently have more GRAY MATTER in their brains.
Gray Matter is a major component of the central nervous system, consisting of neuronal cell bodies, dendrites, axon, glial cells, synapses, and capillaries.
Gray Matter controls our decision making, memory, and emotion

Deficiencies vitamin B12 and omega-3 fatty acids have an adverse effect on cognition and synaptic plasticity.
So omega-3 fatty acid helps in improving memory, stops a decline in memory loss in the elderly and also improves brain function.
There is lots of fish in market but these few fatty fish rich in high omega-3 fatty acid and low mercury level.
