INGREDIENTS:
For Dal Palak:
Clarified Butter(Ghee) - 1Tbsp
Cumin - 1Tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 Tsp
Crushed Ginger - 1/2 Inch
Crushed Garlic - 4
Crushed Green chilli - 1
Chopped Onion - 1 Small Size
Chopped Tomato - 1/2 Medium Size
Salt
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
Kitchen King Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Spinach Chopped - 1.5 Cup
Mung Dal(Soaked) - 1/4 Cup
Water - 3/4 Cup
For Tempering:
Clarified Butter - 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaves - 5-6
Chopped Garlic - 4
Dry Red Chilli - 1
For Rice:
Soaked Rice - 1 Cup
Water - 2Cup
Salt
