An unusual antique George V period cut crystal and silver preserve pot with handle opening lid by collected maker Hukin & Heath, hallmarked Birmingham 1920. The crystal vessel with bands of cut decoration below the rim and to the base. Silver rim with recess for the lid and loop handle to the top. The lid opens by tilting the handle either way to flip the lid up by a circular cam to the interior.
