At Saltbox one of our company's core values is empathy. Every day we try our best to put ourselves in the shoes of others so we can understand and share in their journeys. Whether it's the entrepreneur who uses our services or the co-worker whose daily tasks are so wildly different from yours.
One of the ways we try to foster this value is by asking each remote employee to choose a Saltbox location and shadow the Assistant Location Operation Manager for the day. By doing this, the remote employee gets to experience and have a full understanding of how we operate each location. They also get to meet and complete tasks for the amazing entrepreneurs who operate out of Saltbox, reigniting their passion and reminding them who we are working so diligently for.
