CORNELL'S RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT CLASS

In my life on May 3rd, I take you to one of Cornell Hotel School's coolest core classes that no non-hotelie students will ever get to be a part of - Restaurant Management!

In this class we learn from hands on experience what it's like to run a restaurant, specifically The Establishment at Statler Hall. You get experience with everything from working Front of House by serving guests and running food to tables to Back of House by cooking all the dishes that come out of the kitchen that night. You even get the opportunity to manage the restaurant for one night with a theme and selection of entrees of your choosing for your special evening!

In this video, I feature the last restaurant management class of the semester, so there is definitely some laxness to the night. Nonetheless so grateful for all the Teaching Assistants (TA's) and Chef Instructors who made the semester memorable!
