Yes, the lower thread looping problem is solved! Incorrectly installed Thread Take-up Lever was the cause. Not upper tension, or bobbin holder tension, or check spring, or threading path, or needle, or feed system, or type of bobbin, or timing, but a human error during installation of the thread take-up lever system.
I caused my own grief and frustration!
