We’ll focus on breathing, mobility, and light strength to help you feel more connected, supported, and at ease.
This pregnancy-safe Pilates session is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and focuses on gentle strength, spinal mobility, hip support, and functional movement for everyday life.
The intention is not to push or strain, but to move in a way that supports your changing body and nervous system.
