Crews returned to the site of last week's five-alarm fire along North Howard Street in Baltimore. The site is now a sprawling construction site, but light rail service in the area remains suspended as crews continue working to determine a cause of the fire. Baltimore City fire did not provide an update on a cause of the fire, but did say the investigation continues, closures will continue and sidewalks, roads and the light rail will also be impacted.
