Disney Treasure Cruise: Day 2 at Sea|Star Wars Trivia|Dine at 1923

Описание: Disney Treasure, 7 Night Eastern Caribbean Cruise, Day 2, Sea Day! Join us as we set a course for adventure on the brand new Disney Treasure!

Sea days are one of our favorite parts of cruising. We began our morning with room service. Orders can be placed the night before and food offerings include cereals, fruit, juices, milk, tea, coffee and pastries. This typically helps us get the kids up and around as well! We did make our way then to Marceline Market for some hot breakfast items with menu offerings that included Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, and an omelet station. The food was good, but we are definitely fans of Cabanas!

We made our way to Haunted Mansion Parlor for a special photo op. This was offered several times during our sailing and times were listed in the Navigator app. The ambiance and decor are absolutely incredible! The Imagineers did a fantastic job bringing elements of the ride on to the ship. Stay tuned for our actual visit back to the Parlor in an upcoming vlog.

The Oceaneer Club hosted Star Wars photo ops with Rey and Chewbacca so we had to stop in for a meet and greet. One of the things we loved about the Treasure was the variety of photo ops and various backdrops offered throughout the cruise.

Mickey's Mainsail is one of the shops onboard. There are countless items available for purchase including pins, ornaments, shirts, sweatshirts, spirit jerseys, Loungefly bags, housewares, plushies and more. We were able to check everything off our list that we had hoped to find.

We spent the afternoon on the pool deck and rode the AquaMouse. At noon on sea days, the ship's horns are played. The Treasure has a few unique horns. We then opted for lunch at Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods which includes Donald's Cantina. We absolutely love the burrito bowls and had this for lunch on several occasions. For dessert, we popped into Jumbeaux's Sweets. The items in the shop are for purchase. The kids had gelato and Tim had a mint chocolate chip milkshake. Everything was delicious and the theming is perfectly Zootopia!

After some R&R in our stateroom, we made our way to Skipper Society for drinks and we just had to try a waffle. The theming is spot on Jungle Cruise. We lucked into one of the corner booths and had so much fun reading the memorabilia along the walls. Keagan wanted to try the Star Wars trivia so we gave it our best effort. The host knew nothing about Star Wars but he made the trivia so fun. We scored 15/20, not bad for our first attempt!

Evening festivities were underway at this time. The Captain's Reception was held in the Grand Hall. We passed through and grabbed some of the free drinks bring served. There are alcoholic and non alcoholic offerings. Theming was formal night so the Hall was bustling. We were able to have photos on the staircase as well as by the Aladdin and Jasmine statue. There were also backdrops set up for additional photo ops around the Hall.

Seas the Adventure was the featured show in the Walt Disney Theater. This show has become a family favorite. We love the songs and the variety of characters. This is a must watch show on both the Treasure and the Wish!

We made our way to 1923 for dinner. This restaurant is so classy and all the art work and decor is truly spectacular. The menu items are the same as on the Wish with the tortelloni and prosciutto appetizers we love and of course, the filet mignon. Our meals were delicious. For dessert, we has the apple cheesecake tart and Keagan opted for the signature item, the blueberry-lemom Bavarian cream. We left dinner pleasantly full!
