Casting metal parts at home - melting aluminum cans sucks

Описание: I've been melting more aluminum cans in a campfire at home in my free crucible, getting ready to use for casting aluminum engine parts, wondering why compared to other aluminum I always got so much more slag.

There is so much other non aluminum garbage on aluminum cans that when you melt them the garbage gives off a lot of dross. Cleaning the cans FIRST by turning them into ingots for LATER helps when you go to cast your parts.
