Kerala gold scandal: NIA files FIR; LEFT state terror 'gold' mine?

Описание: Kerala Gold racket: The probe into gold smuggling racket has now deepened. The NIA which took over the investigation on MHA's order has registered an FIR against the three accused invoking stringent anti-terror law UAPA. The NIA will probe whether the gold smuggling was linked to activity detrimental activity to national security. The Anti-terror agencies suspect that money from smuggling gold may be meant for various terrorist-related activities. Times Now's Vivek reports, after NIA has taken up this particular case, they suspect terror linking and that's why they have charged UAPA especially 15, 16, 17, 18 sections.
