The second video from my recent visit to Newcastle features clips from platform 2 of the station, mainly at the west end. The date was the Monday of the extreme weather warning for heat and it was very hot so I wasn't moving about much and tries to stay in the shade when possible. The heat further south had brought speed restrictions so northbound trains were running quite late.
The LNER Azuma sets look quite classy in this setting.
