Today is our long and anticipated FULL day at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom! We started with a brunch reservation on property over at the Contemporary's "The Wave". It was a full breakfast and we walked it off on the walkway over to the park. This is a great way to avoid the parking fee if you would otherwise need to pay. Its also a great way to escape the crowds after the park closes since you can avoid transportation over to the TTC...just walk over to your car. Another great option would be the Grand Floridian for breakfast since they have the new walkway that leads to the park gates as well!

Upon entering the park we headed straight down Main Street USA and directly into the Emporium for a look at the new HELLO SUMMER merch! And wow, was it super cute! Stay tuned for a haul video very soon to see what we got. They also had a few featured sections dedicated to Mothers Day which was nice. Next we caught the Tinkerbell Cavalcade before heading into Starbucks for a refreshment. We made our way into Tomorrow Land to get on the People Mover for the first time in over a year and it did not disappoint! We got to catch a glimpse at all of the TRON construction and we also got a very rare peek into Space Mountain with the LIGHTS ON! I couldn't believe it! It was definitely a once in my lifetime opportunity as i've never been so lucky...and probably never will be again! After all that excitement we decided to hop into the longest line in the park, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It was posted as a 55 min wait and only ended up being about 40 minutes. I will never complain about that for this ride! We also hit up the little mermaid, went over to the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise and Big Thunder! Instead of having lunch we decided to grab a few snacks to hold us through until dinner so we got a refreshing Peter Pan dole whip float and tried some of the fan favorite spring rolls! We planned on getting a quick bite to eat at the Friar's Nook since they had plant based brats but they closed before we could place a mobile order. So, we settled for a plant based burger at Cosmic Rays, and a foot long chili dog for Tim. We couldn't leave out the Tea Cups since that is Story's favorite ride so we made sure to do a couple spins for her since she wasn't with us. Before the day ended we had a couple pictures taken in front of the castle and hit up the shops one last time before heading back to the hotel. It was a truly magical day that we absolutely took advantage of spending together. We hope you have as much fun watching from your comfortable air conditioned seats as we did with our sweaty smiles behind the masks LOL In all honesty, it was hot and would be so much better without the masks but we totally understand why we still need them. We will do whatever we need to do as long as Disney stays open. Stay tuned for the Animal Kingdom video that will come out later this week! Thanks yall!
