Ingredients:
1 cup (240 ml) water
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
¼ tsp salt
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
Oil for deep frying
Cinnamon Sugar:
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
