Jedd Johnson - Misses Are Just Warm-ups - Thomas Inch Dumbbell Clean

Описание: On 10/2/18, I became, to the best of my knowledge, the 5th or possibly the 6th man in modern times, and perhaps ever to Clean the Inch Dumbbell to his shoulder in one movement from the floor. The term "Clean" infers that no part of the body aside from the one hand and grip strength are used to pull the dumbbell to the shoulder-catch position. There have been 2 other men that I know of who have done this for sure: Mark Henry and Laine Snook. Ryan Green and Rich Williams have also pulled it to their shoulder, but in Ryan's case the bell hit his chest first slightly and in Rich's case the bell his his hip crease. To me, both of those feats are legit cleans, and I respect all these men for what I have done.

I also seem to remember there was someone else who performed a Clean of the Inch Dumbbell, with either no contact with the body, or only incidental contact, but my mind is drawing a blank.
