Ingredients: (I halved the recipe)
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp ground ginger
½ cup butter
¾ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ tsp vanilla essence
1 cup coconut
½ cup raisins
¼ cup glace cherries
Makes 1 loaf
