In this episode we talk about a common pitching problem that could potentially hurt your arm. The question was what is the "inverted w" and how can I fix it before I hurt my arm? To answer this question I explain what the inverted w is by demonstrating it on camera. So watch the video to see what it is but basically it's when the arms look like an M at front foot strike.
