This Model 3 door was a tough one!
Early progress through the dent was great - big pulls via the K-Beam with some lateral tension helping with metal flow.
The issues came with the area above the line - the aluminium had more stretch in it than expected and with such heavy bracing behind it, the shrinking options were very limited
Despite fighting the oil-can for hours, it ended up going back to the customer with a low wave through that area. As it turned out, he couldn't see the problem and he drove away happy that we were able to save the door!
