Opening To Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs 1994 Japanese Subtitled Laserdisc

Just got another Disney classic on Laserdisc from Japan yesterday but this isn't just any Disney movie this is "the one that started it all". It is the Japanese Subtitled Laserdisc edition for Walt Disney's first ever feature length animated feature "Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs"! Snow White is a true Disney animated classic and it became a landmark in not only Disney history but through film history as a whole. Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs was not only the very first movie to be made by the Walt Disney Studios, it is widely known for being "The world's first feature length animated film ever made" It was "the one that started it all".

Like most Japanese Disney laserdiscs I own in my collection, this copy of Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs is the Japanese subtitled edition which features the film in it's original English audio, there is also a separate Bilingual edition of the movie which includes both the Japanese dub on the analog tracks and the original English audio on the digital tracks.

I'm really happy to add this movie to my Disney Laserdisc collection. I do have another Laserdisc copy of Snow White coming in the mail soon and it's for the gorgeous deluxe CAV boxset edition of Snow White which comes with lots of bonus features including a full length making of documentary, some lovely lithographs which are posters for all the theatrical re-releases of Snow White, and a hard cover book all bout the making of the film. Snow White was also the first Disney movie to be released on home media in it's new line up of Disney classics "The Walt Disney Masterpiece Collection". The Japanese home media releases for Snow White are released in the "Walt Disney Classics/Black Diamond" line up.
