The T-Row (or DB Reverse Fly) is one of the exercises that we do as part of the Foundations Month on the Online Strength Programme.
It is about correcting and improving your posture and keeping your shoulders strong, healthy and mobile. The programme is designed for people with gym access and whenever I use specialist kit like a suspension trainer, I will also give an alternative.
