So Rouxls Kaard has the power to take away your commands and force you to ACT by using the rules card. Luckily Lancer comes in with the Lancer card, which allows you Lancer all over Rouxls Kaard.
Though if you instead still choose to ACT, you actually still gain 20% Mercy on Rouxl's hired guns. There actually is some "hidden" dialogue behind this that you may have not seen as the perfect player that you are only got 3 turns and missed some lore like the laser pointer training.
I do wonder who saw the title and thought about the other RK in chapter 3. There's no black knife here. Look I have to give the roaring knight a break after my 3 unswooning videos about them. Plus, we all know that Rouxl's Kaard is our true adversary.
