hello, this is not base game/vanilla roboquest. its not a new update. its modded roboquest that I got to playtest thanks to the gamer, @ManofManyOats.
mods are still in a very early stage, don't expect anything about release soon.
as for thoughts, its very good. love the new mechanics on weapons and some buffs for the weaker weapons (arctic rifle I'm looking at you).
guardian x, new difficulty, is actually difficulty and requires a tad bit more of "locking in" than guardian 4. would've probably been a bit more harder than this run if I wasn't using missile battery (its a bit busted on this mod build).
overall, its even more punishing to get hit in guardian x now than in guardian 4, very apparent when I get close to death when I simply get hit a few times this run. new gun changes are great too. (theres also a few perk changes happening later). very excited for this and again big thanks to @ManofManyOats allowing me to playtest it.
tldr: game is mod, mod have new gun and difficulty, difficulty difficult, gun have new guninator, weak gun be good gun, mod good, mod still new, mod not available yet.
