When Kevan & Melissa Goff started their business journey with Ecospill in 2003, they were working directly out of their Brisbane home. Prior to upgrading to Vonex in 2012, their team struggled to connect their two offices with their previous phone system. "I think we had seven incoming position lines. It was costly, but it was completely ineffective because while we could answer a call, we couldn't transfer the customer through to the right person”, says Cofounder Melissa. “The biggest transformation using Vonex was the ability to transfer between our branches seamlessly."
With Vonex’s feature-rich phone system, Ecospill’s customer calls are answered centrally in the Brisbane office and can be transferred seamlessly to the Perth branch or even to a technician on the road within seconds.
