Fried Chicken:

1.5 lbs diced chicken breast
1.5 tsp Lawry's seasoned sadlt
few tbs butter milk
few tbs flour
2 cups flour
cooking oil for deep frying


Collard Greens:

1-27oz can Glory Food Collard Greens (I didn't use fresh because collards are not yet in season)
few slices bacon
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tbs hot sauce


Mac n Cheese:

1 pound elbow macaroni
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound shredded american cheese
1.5 cups whole milk
1/2 stick butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
shredded sharp cheddar for topping


Candied Yams:

2 pounds sweet potatoes
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp all-spice
1 stick butter
1 cap-full of lemon extract (use the cap/top that comes with the bottle of lemon extract)
