This was not made by anyone associated with Unus Annus. I am just a fan fulfilling a need. I was affected by the channel's message: "Make the most out of your time because you never know how much you have left".
For years, I've doomscrolled the internet for hours on a daily basis. One day, I looked up "Unus Annus Countdown" and only found 1 hour long video of ticking and one video of the last 10 seconds. The hour of ticking helped for awhile, but the ticking was off and didn't have the proper timer. I stopped using it over time.
Recently, I looked at my screen time of the last 3 weeks and saw that I spent 110 hours and 15 minutes on TikTok and almost 24 hours on the "internet". That's 5 1/2 days out of 21. Not to mention, the 8 hours of sleep a night in that timeframe being 7 days out of 21. So, 12 1/2 days out of 21 were wasted. That HAS to stop and I know I am not the only one.
My purpose of creating this was to help people, not get their time back but, to not lose more. Make the most of this because you already lost it. I hope this helps.
