This is a short video that shows you how to cook green beans that stay green and come out tender. This easy method keeps them green without making them drab and mushy.
Ingredients;
• Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed and Washed
• ¼ Cup Salt
• 8 Cups Water
Directions:
1. Over high heat, bring 8 Cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
2. Once boiling, add the salt and green beans.
3. Cook for 7 minutes.
4. Drain green beans and enjoy!
