My Bear Encounter at Lake Siskiyou Resort. Lesson learned!

Описание: I made this video to share the experience I had with black bear at Lake Siskiyou, Mount Shasta. It's a beautiful campground, very extensive in size, and teaming with wildlife..:) It was my first time camping in a ground tent on my own, I usually camp in my roof tent, but due to bear activity it was recommended I store my food in the car. There are no food lock boxes in this campsite. So I decided to sleep in my ground tent instead. What a night it was! I hope this video will remind those who like to go camping of the importance of making sure you have NOTHING on or near you that a bear can smell before turning in, if you plan on getting a good night's sleep. It certainly gave me a wake up call (no pun intended) but won't deter me from more camping adventures in the future. I'll just be MUCH better prepared..:)
