WOODGRAIN SOAP TECHNIQUE ~ Cold Process Soap ~ Make Soap That Looks Like Wood! Soap Challenge Club

Описание: I used the Wood Grain technique to create this different hues of blue wood grain soap to compliment denim colors! Colorants used are from MadMicas ( @Mad Micas ) which gave the soap a vibrant color! Colorants used were Indigo Girl, Key West Blue, Twilight, Blue Shocker & Titanium Dioxide. I used the wood grain technique to give the soap the appearance of actual wood! Soap was fragranced with Brambleberry's Tobacco & Bayleaf ( @Bramble Berry ) which has fragrance notes of mix of bay leaf, fir needle, cedarwood, bergamot, and tobacco. It is a soft masculine scent but it smells awesome and is great to use as a shaving bar! This soap design is different and elegant!

I learned the Wood Grain technique from the Soap Challenge Club, which is a group headed by by Amy Warden. This group is a great way for soapers to gather, support each other, share ideas, learn new techniques and participate in challenges.
