This video is really like two videos in one. The first part of the video is all about what systems thinking is and how systems work.
The second part of the video, is all about systems thinking in relation to the psyche and the ego in accordance with the Jungian psychological model. If we can understand the mechanisms of the inner world, we can understand why inner work processes like Shadow Work and meditation help the integration process. That way, we can understand our inner workings and our own ego, to chose practices that help us on the path. It will also help us identify obstacles and imbalances so that we can remedy them better.
