Welcome to your new espresso machine! Let's walk through the first-time use cycle to get everything set up for your first brew.
First, remove the orange plug at the bottom of the water reservoir.
Next, install the reservoir back in the machine.
Fill it with room-temperature water to the max line.
Turn on the machine, and it will begin preheating.
Once all the buttons are fully lit, the machine is ready.
Now, place a cup on the countertop and position the steam wand so it's over the cup.
Turn the steam knob to the hot water position.
Let the hot water run for about 10 seconds.
Finally, turn the knob back to the OFF position.
Your machine is all set and ready to brew! Enjoy making your favorite espresso drinks.
