$5 Indian Street Food Tour at Girgaon Chowpatty Mumbai, India 🇮🇳 | Trying Pav Bhaji गिरगाव चौपाटी

Описание: Finally! We have been waiting to share our Indian street food adventure in Mumbai with you! Join us as we watch the sunset along Marine Drive. The boardwalk stretches along the coastline and is full of people enjoying the cooler temperatures and beautiful late afternoon colors. This is a great place to hang out, go for a walk, or even sip chai. After watching the sunset, we had over to the famous Girgoan Chowpatty Beach. We check out the beach scene before heading over to get food. The first thing we find to eat is Pav Bhaji, now one of our favorites! We continue to find more delicious “street foods” to try as we make our way through the vendors. We met many friendly people and loved the outdoor seating mat options.

Here are some of the foods we tried (and loved!):
Pav Bhaji - thick vegetable gravy served with soft, buttered white rolls and onions
Popcorn - Forest’s favorite! Lightly peppered
Pani Puri - a thin, crispy pastry stuffed with spiced mashed potatoes in a cold spiced water
Falooda - dessert concoction of textures: sweet basil seeds, vermicelli noodles, rose syrup, milk, ice cream, nuts, and dried fruits
Kulfi - cone-shaped mango popsicle (many other flavors available, too)
