Hi guys today I am going to share with you my recipe for making a bruschetta – an Italian starter dish made with toasted baguette and a mixture of toppings! I’ll be using Salmon fish together with other ingredients for my recipe. Bruschetta is easy to make and serve as a perfect snack!

INGREDIENTS: (4 PAX)

1 Baguette bread
6 pcs Garlic clove
50g Butter
1 tbsp Parsley flakes
10-12 Asparagus
4 slices Tomato
1 slices Salmon
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Basil leaves flakes
1 pinch of Pepper
2 big tbsp Kewpie mayoniese (MUST)
1 pinch of Garlic powder
50g Chedder topping
Chilli sauce
