This is a song I recorded the day I found out Oscar Grant was murdered. A big thanks to Kid Konnect for producing the instrumental that sounded like what I was feeling at the time, and a massive shoutout to the stations in California that played this, the rallies, and the family for supporting. I sent a copy to Tatiana hoping one day she would appreciate it. I wanted to share this now especially since the Trayvon Martin case. Rest in peace to Oscar Grant, Trayvon Martin, and all others that were taken unjustly; may their remaining loved ones have strength.
