In this video, I reflect on what it means to say Alhamdulillah with sincerity, even when life isn’t going the way you planned. Not in denial. Not pretending pain doesn’t exist. But trusting that Allah is Al-Hakeem (The Most Wise), Ar-Rahman (The Most Merciful), and that nothing reaches you without purpose.

A “neutral Alhamdulillah” mentality isn’t toxic positivity. It’s stability. It’s choosing trust over panic. It’s believing that even what hurts carries wisdom we may not yet see.

We don’t worship Allah only when life feels good. We worship Him because He is good.

May this be a reminder to anchor your heart, especially during hardship.
