The Lien Collaborative CTC programme is a collaboration between All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi and Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Network (APHN). The programme aims to develop Palliative Care Services at Cancer Treatment Centres in India and to ensure oral morphine is available at Cancer Treatment Centres. The CTC4 Foundation Course is in the fourth run and was conducted from 15 to 19 Jan 2020. We have had a breakthrough of 70 participants from 20 institutions and 15 teaching faculty.
