Описание: Quarry Bank Mill is owned and operated by the National Trust, Quarry Bank Mill is an 1700s Cotton Mill that used child apprentices at the young age of 9. Quarry Bank Mill owner Samual Gregg made child apprentices work long 13 hour days in the mill 6 days a week in return for food, clothing and a home inside the Quarry Bank Mill Apprentice House.
