Here we have the three red eyed tree frogs - Pride, Gluttony, and Lust. As you can tell, they're named after the seven deadly sins, and based on their personalities :)

Why are they asleep? - Red Eyed Tree Frogs are nocturnal. So, if you're watching this during the day and they're asleep, that's normal! Come back around 6pm EST and they'll be active for night time!! Turn on audio and you might even hear them call!

Why is the camera is black and white at night? - Because light sources put them to sleep, we have to use an infrared camera at night, which emits a light they cannot see (but the camera can!). As such, the camera can only detect brightness from objects, and not color. But you can see them active and hunting! Wait until morning (~6:30am EST) to see them in full color as they settle down for sleep.

What is that hand reaching into the tank? - You may occasionally see me feeding them, cleaning the tank, or trimming plants. Hello there! I try to avoid interrupting them, so hopefully you don't see me too frequently (although they are very cute so sometimes I barge in just to take a picture or hold one of them).

What are you feeding them? - They eat mostly crickets, but sometimes I will treat them with other bugs. I also dust the crickets with a calcium multivitamin for them to have healthy bones for hopping and climbing :)

Why can't I see all three? - The camera cannot see the entire tank, unfortunately. They are there, outside of the camera's view. But oftentimes there will be at least one or two in the camera's view.

I want tree frogs of my own! Any help? - Tree frogs are awesome. Do note, they are very fragile animals, and require specific care, but are not hard to care for. Feel free to reach out to me via DM and I will point you in the right direction!
