On this catfishing trip, I loaded up on Gizzard Shad and Bluegill. I didn't know whether I was going to be dragging baits or suspend fishing from the kayak. Once I got on the river, water was calm and the current was mild. Suspend fishing was the way to go. Two Blue Catfish caught!
