ALWAYS make sure you put through a Soap Calculator before using! I soaped this formula at 38% lye liquid and Super Fatted at 5% upfront and added 5% SF after the cook. Used Sodium Lactate at 6% of oils and I “did not” discount this amount from my lye liquid. I added the Sodium Lactate after the cook and at room temperature. Also added was 1.5% (of oil amount) extra glycerin after the cook. This was a 1lb batch of soap, with “dual” lyes.
Formula for 1lb batch:
Apricot Kernel Oil - 5% = 0.8 oz
Castor Oil - 17% = 2.7 oz
Coconut Oil (76 deg) - 3% = 0.5 oz
Crisco, new 2/palm - 3% = 0.5 oz
Shea Butter - 15% = 2.4 oz
Soybean, Fully hydrogenated soy wax - 3% = 0.5 oz
Stearic Acid - 50% = 8 oz
Tallow, Beef - 4% = 0.65
Lye Liquid amount (at 38%) = 6.25oz (I rounded this up from 6.1oz)
Sodium Hydroxide at 40% (lye – NaOH) = 0.85 oz
Potassium Hydroxide at 60% (lye-KOH, 90% pure) = 1.95 oz

Total lye liquid = 6.25 oz *** I used for the lye 3.5oz of distilled water and 0.5oz of Aloe Vera Juice.
Have your oil and lye temps between 135F and 145F for HP. I also added 1oz of sugar free coconut milk, and 1.25oz of Jasmine rice milk (warm) after the cook (the milks were discounted from the lye liquid amount).
1tsp. Bentonite Clay - added this to my warm oils and stick blended before adding my lye liquid
5% more SuperFat after cook = 0.8 oz, I used 0.4oz shea butter and 0.4oz of meadowfoam oil (you can use what you like or SF all of it up front or all after the cook)
1 Tbsp white sugar mixed with 1 tbsp water, dissolved and added hot after the cook
1 tsp honey, and 1 tsp lanolin, with 1 tsp water and added warm after the cook
1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt (cold or room temperature) added after cook
6%Sodium lactate of total amount of oils = 1 oz and added room temp. after cook.
1.5% glycerin add after cook = 0.25 oz.
1tsp Tapioca starch mixed with 2tsp cold water and added after cook (Not heated).
---- Crock pot on “warm” sitting. Your lye and oils should be around 135-145F. Once it’s at thick trace (this will happen extremely fast because of the high stearic acid content) cover with plastic wrap and put cover on and let set 3 minutes (ALWAYS keep your eye on the batter). It should get to Vaseline stage quite quickly, lets say around 10-15 minutes and that will depend on the temp. of your oils lyes and how high heat you cooked on. Check PH or check for zap, then add everything and combine extremely well. Re-cover with plastic wrap and let set 7 minutes out of the electronic crock part or in the E-part on off or warm. Then finish as you like.
**** you don’t have to add the coconut or rice milk, aloe vera juice, (you can use all water), You don’t have to use sodium lactate, sugar, honey, lanolin, yogurt, bentonite clay, those are extras I used. The reason I super fatted this formula at 10% was because of the extremely low “conditioning” number, and I don’t want my hubby to shave and get a dry face! 
